Returns Policy
Returning an Item
If you need to return an item, please send it to the address provided on the Returns Form. Be sure to include the completed returns authorisation paperwork and a valid returns number. Items returned without the necessary paperwork or proof of delivery may be refused and will not be credited. Please note: our drivers cannot collect items unless a collection has been pre-arranged.
Packaging the Item
Ensure the item is securely wrapped and that the returns paperwork is included. You can usually reuse the original packaging. It’s your responsibility to pack the item appropriately—any damage caused during return transit may result in a credit not being issued, as we cannot accept liability for such damages.
Unwanted Items
Standard stock items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition. Refunds or credits will be issued once we receive the returned goods.
Non-stock and special-order items are typically non-returnable (subject to the manufacturer’s return policy).
If you return the goods at your own cost, we will refund the item’s value minus the original delivery charge and an administrative fee.
If we arrange collection, the refund will be reduced by the collection charge, administrative fee, and original delivery cost.
Faulty Items
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact our Customer Services team at 07452 792 733 for assistance.
Faulty items reported within 14 days of receipt will be inspected and either replaced or credited.
For issues reported outside this period, the manufacturer’s warranty will apply—details available upon request.
If the item is found to be fault-free or damaged due to misuse, no replacement or credit will be provided, and a delivery charge will apply if the item is returned to you.
Damaged Items
We will replace any item damaged in transit as long as the delivery note is clearly marked as “damaged” and we are notified within 24 hours of delivery.
Please retain all packaging and contents for inspection unless advised otherwise.
Replacements will only be dispatched once the damaged items are returned and reviewed.
Fees

Administrative Fee: 15% of the invoice value or £15.00 (whichever is greater).

Collection Charge: £31.00 for items up to 20kg. Heavier items will be quoted individually at the time of the collection request.
