Delivery Charges

Standard delivery is available exclusively to customers located in mainland UK. Customers in the Scottish Highlands and other remote locations, including postcodes (AB, FK, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, DD, KY), may be subject to an additional charge. For customers outside mainland UK, please contact our sales office for a delivery quote.

A Small Order Charge applies to all orders under £75.00.

Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm, with special services available upon request. (Excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed before 3:30 pm Monday to Friday are generally delivered the next working day. However, for urgent orders, please select the “Guaranteed Next Day” delivery option during checkout.

Important Note: When using the Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery Service, if your order contains bespoke or non-stock items, your order will not be dispatched until all items are available in stock.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland typically take 2-4 working days. For cost details, please contact our sales office for a quote.

ROI Deliveries: We regret to inform you that we no longer offer deliveries to the Republic of Ireland.

Out-of-hours and same-day deliveries are available upon request. Please contact our sales office for more details.

Non-stock and special items may have varying lead times, depending on stock availability. These items may also incur a minimum order charge and additional carriage fees.

Estimated Dispatch Dates

We provide estimated dispatch dates to give you an indication of when your items will be shipped. We aim to be as accurate as possible when providing these dates. If your order is urgent or time-sensitive, please contact our sales office at 07452 792 733 for an update on your order’s progress or for assistance in exploring possible alternatives.

Split Deliveries

In our effort to reduce our carbon footprint and minimize waste from excess packaging, safety-suppliesuk aims to send out all orders complete. Split deliveries are used only when urgent goods are required before the completion of a full order. This option is not available through our website. If you need your order split, please contact the sales office to place your order over the phone.

Packaging

We use recycled packaging as the standard for all of our parcels. All orders are picked and packed using a barcoded shipping system, and deliveries are made via electronically tracked vehicles.
